Celebrate the heartbeat of Singapore’s music scene with Singapura LIVE! & Singa Maksima x Locals Only! Organised by Mediacorp, this much awaited event unites generations of homegrown talents in one unforgettable night of rhythm, soul and pure local pride.

 

Feel the energy, hear the hits and be swept away by a powerful mix of solo performances and cross-generational collaborations—from iconic singers who have defined the Singapore sound, to trailblazers making waves beyond shores and rising stars dominating today’s social platforms.

 

This electrifying showcase features a stellar line-up including shazza, Sezairi, Fauzie, Shazza, Thaqif, Rahila Rashun, The Street Therapist, The Pinholes, Bushmen, and Bloco Singapura, each bringing their unique flair and unstoppable energy to the stage. It’s more than a concert – it’s a movement that celebrates local music, creativity, and connection.

Celebrating Afro-Brazilian rhythms with a bold, contemporary flair, Bloco Singapura blends thunderous percussion in a pulsating performance! From Berlin to New York, from Mumbai to Bali, with irresistible beats and infectious energy, this is a vibrant call to move, dance and feel the heartbeat and spirit of Carnaval, right here in Singapore. 

Bushmen

Bushmen is a foundational and long-standing fixture in the Singapore music scene, widely recognised as the pioneers of reggae music in the island nation. Active since 1997, the band introduced and shared the positive, unifying elements of reggae to local audiences through infectious grooves and sing-along vibes. 

DKSP

DKSP brings together Singapore Polytechnic’s vibrant male and female Dikir Barat teams, Putra Adiwangsa and Seri Thera. It is formed under the longstanding SP Malay Language Society (SPMLS), founded in 1972. Seri Thera embodies the motto “Melangkah dengan keanggunan,” while Putra Adiwangsa drives forward with “Mengejar impian, memperjuangkan seni”. Most recently, both groups participated in the inter-tertiary Dikir Barat competition, Piala Suara Serumpun 2025, where Seri Thera rose to the top and emerged as the ‘Overall Champion.

Heema Izzati

Heema Izzati is part of a new wave of young talents in Singapore’s music scene, standing out with her clear vocals and natural stage presence. She carries herself with a mix of confidence and warmth that makes her performances easy to connect with. Although still early in her journey, she has already shown a strong sense of musicality and a willingness to push herself creatively. With each appearance, she grows more assured, hinting at the kind of artiste she could become. Heema is a fresh, promising voice with the potential to carve out a bright future in the local entertainment landscape.

Hyrul Anuar

Hyrul Anuar made his mark after winning Anugerah, a moment that placed him among the key voices of his generation. Instead of slowing down after the victory, he kept building his catalogue, releasing one song after another and proving he wasn’t just a talent-show success story. Over time, he expanded his work behind the scenes, becoming a writer and creative contributor within the industry. His ability to shift between performing, crafting music and shaping content has helped him stay active and respected in an ever-changing entertainment scene. Today, Hyrul remains a steady presence whose experience and consistency continue to resonate with both audiences and fellow artistes.

Jatt Ali

A familiar name in Malay pop, Jatt Ali is known for his steady presence and unmistakable voice. He first made his mark as the frontman of Black Dog Bone, a band whose songs became part of the region’s musical memory. His work with the group helped define an era, and he carried that momentum into a long solo career. In recent years, he gained renewed attention after appearing in a widely anticipated singing competition, which introduced him to younger audiences and reminded long-time fans of his stage charisma. Putri Emily

Putri Emily’s journey began with Juara Mic Junior Season 1, where she reached the finals and showed she had the makings of a strong young performer. She continued to grow by taking part in different competitions, including dikir barat. Together with Seri Thera, she won Best juara at Piala Suara Serumpun for two consecutive years, a rare achievement that highlighted both her skill and consistency. Those milestones helped shape her development from a child singer into a confident teen performer. She is recognised as one of Singapore’s rising young voices, known for her strong vocals, maturity and steady progress in the local music scene.

Rahila Rashun

Rahila has been singing since young, starting with getai at 13 years old before gradually expanding her wings to Malaysia and Indonesia. She has participated in numerous singing competitions and was the 2019 winner of Suria MediaCorp’s SGMANIA season 3. She continues to sing and entertain—that is what she does best. 

Sezairi

Sezairi is best known for his soulful voice and a style that blends pop with a touch of old-school charm. He stepped into the spotlight after winning Singapore Idol in 2009, and his career has grown steadily since. His song It’s You became a viral hit, topping Spotify charts across Asia and earning him a strong international following. In recent years, he has been especially active in Indonesia, where his music gained significant traction and helped expand his audience. After building the momentum abroad, he returned to Singapore to launch his new album, reaffirming his place as one of the region’s standout artistes.

Shazza

A writer and a producer, Shazza launched her music career while still a student, releasing 14 songs before completing her degree. In 2025, Shazza went viral after appearing in a TikTok video with duo Crash Adams and got a shoutout from Coldplay's Chris Martin. Considered the next big Singaporean act, Shazza continues to croon with her velvety vocal and eccentric vibe.

SHO

SHO has spent years finding her voice in the entertainment scene. She started young, joining various singing competitions that helped her build confidence and stage experience. Her journey continued with Kaki Nyanyi, where she showcased her versatility, and she later took the stage at Singapura Live, further strengthening her presence as a performer. As SHO, she carries a clearer artistic identity, backed by the experience she has gathered over time. SHO remains to be one of the talents to watch as she continues shaping her path in the industry.

Thaqif

An active performer since a very young age, Thaqif is no stranger to the stage having won a children’s competition at 8-years-old. As the lead singer and guitarist of O.M.A, Thaqif emerged as the winner of Anugerah 2021. Thaqif continues to captivate audience through his electric live performance and deep vocals.

Fauzie Laily

Fauzie Laily first gained attention as one of the top four finalists on Anugerah, a memorable year when the competition ended with an all-male finalists. The season drew strong support, and the finalists even staged their own concert after the competition ended, which helped kick-start their visibility in the industry. For Fauzie, that momentum opened doors beyond singing. He moved into acting, taking on roles across dramas and telemovies, and became a familiar face on screen. Hosting followed naturally, thanks to his easy manner and quick connection with audiences. He continues to keep music close, recently releasing a new single that adds another milestone to his evolving career.

The Pinholes

The Pinholes was formed in 2002 by Famie Suliman. Their musical style is heavily influenced by the rock ’n’ roll sounds of the 1960s and ’70s, inspired by both solo artists and classic bands from the era. They describe their sound as modern classic rock ’n’ roll. In 2010, The Pinholes performed in the United States at the renowned South by Southwest (SXSW) festival—a major global event showcasing indie musicians from around the world. 

The Street Therapist

From an early age, music flowed through Harris’ veins like a second heartbeat. Long before street corners became his stage and passing crowds his audience, Harris Bin Osman, 'The Street Therapist', was singing to anyone who would listen. He found comfort and expression in melodies, harmonies and lyrics that spoke to the soul. Armed with just a guitar and a voice that turns heads, he transforms ordinary sidewalks into places of connection and emotion. Each performance is a heartfelt offering, blending ballad, pop and soul into stories that echo long after the music fades.
