RaJas Unplugged Live

Jasraj is a self-taught musician who plays several instruments, thanks to his musical genes from his classically trained family of musicians. Jasraj is also an avid whistler, exploring whistling as an instrument in both Indian and Western Classical music through his unique style. He keeps his passion for music alive with his wife and bandmate, Raksha, performing worldwide as part of their two-piece band, RaJas Unplugged, while managing his full-time career in a senior position in financial services at a multinational firm.

Academically an engineer, Raksha has always had a deep inclination for the arts. After her engineering degree, she followed her heart to pursue a career in music and voiceovers. Formally trained in Hindustani Classical music at a young age, she earned her Sangeet Visharad degree from the Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, a prestigious music institution in India.

She is also a professional voice artist. Together with her musician husband, Jasraj, she has performed at various live shows and private events all around the globe as part of their two-piece band, RaJas Unplugged.
