About Voices – A Festival of Song
Presented by Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, Voices – A Festival of Song celebrates the power, diversity and sheer joy of the human voice, bringing together singers, groups and audiences from Singapore and the region to perform, learn, connect and sing.
Held from 3 – 6 Dec 2026, this year’s festival brings together a wide range of performances and experiences, from ticketed concerts featuring Singaporean and regional artists, to free community programmes, workshops and new spaces for the vocal community to meet and connect.
We welcome back the Voices Festival Choir, conducted by Musicians Inc. 6 (MI6), bringing together some of Singapore’s finest young choristers in The Voices We Meet. We also welcome Male Ensemble Philippines, an acclaimed male vocal sextet from the region, and Korean a cappella group Voice Band EXIT, making their Singapore debut.
New this year is the Voices Lounge, a dedicated gathering space at the Esplanade Annexe Studio where singers, practitioners, students and audiences can come together to share, perform and connect. The lounge will feature musical theatre, a cappella and other vocal activities throughout the festival.
For those who want to explore singing beyond performance, the festival offers workshops covering vocal technique, movement, arranging and song signing, with sessions for everyone from enthusiastic singers to aspiring musicians and experienced practitioners.
Our free programmes continue to bring people together through the joy of singing. The popular singalongs return with refreshed themes, inviting audiences to sing along to familiar favourites, while our choral showcases bring together festival-connected choirs for collaborations with new choirs and shared performances. Across Esplanade, audiences can also discover a cappella performances and original music from Singapore’s vocal community.
From performances and collaborations to workshops, community activities and opportunities to simply sing together, Voices – A Festival of Song 2026 celebrates the many ways in which voices can come together.
