Artist Information

Stephanie Phang

Instagram

Steph navigates life as a singer, vocal/communications coach and emcee. Heavily influenced by pop, musical theatre and Disney, she takes great joy in crafting and performing cheeky parodies as the main lyricist for Siao Sing Songs.

Selected credits include recording commercial voice-overs for brands such as Starhub, L’Oreal and Volkswagen, presenting the Introduction to Harmonising for Esplanade’s Vocal Focal series, and producing her solo concert Steph Phang x Siao Sing Songs. Additionally, Steph made her professional lyricist debut in the original local musical, The Paiseh Pieces by The Second Breakfast Company.

Cheryl Chitty Tan

Instagram

Cheryl Chitty Tan is best known for starring in Forbidden City (Life! Theatre Award nomination), Romeo and Juliet and Mama White Snake on stage. She has a Boh Cameronian Arts Award for Best Lead Performer in a Musical for Penang Riots in Malaysia. Her start in TV was as the main lead in Faculty. She also appeared in Derek, Code of Law V, Paddles Up, Veil and HBO’s Westworld. Cheryl is a singing teacher certified by New York Vocal Coaching, trained by Justin Stoney. She wrote lyrics for The Monster In The Mirror, and has Best Libretto, Director and Overall Production awards from Short+Sweet KL.

Eugene Khong

By day, Eugene is an accountant who keeps the numbers in check, but his true passion lies in music, which brings balance to his life. With years of choral singing experience, he has come to appreciate the power of harmony, not just in music but in everything he does. Beyond choral arrangements, Eugene’s musical tastes range from infectious pop hits to stirring ballads, offering a creative counterpoint to the meticulous work in finance. Whether crunching numbers or crafting melodies, Eugene thrives on finding rhythm and harmony in both his professional and musical pursuits.

Nic Wong

Nic Wong is a multifaceted performer driven by a passion for entertaining, and his love for the art of storytelling. His professional performance credits include the role of Genie in Novo Winds’ Migration (2024), Diva XMM in Qabaret Duz Dizney Plus (2024) and Qabaret Duz Disneyland (2025), as well as voice acting and singing for symphonic metal band Sangriento’s album launch Blood Moon (2025). Nic has also emceed for the SAF Day Parade (2024), the Singapore Youth Ballet Company (Nation in Motion, 2025) and multiple Novo Winds concerts (2024–2025). In 2024 Nic established his own collective The Songbird Productions and produced D’Enchanting Show, a cabaret of nostalgic songs from his childhood.

Apart from his performing life, Nic is also a certified vocal instructor under the Institute for Vocal Advancement and teaches singing on a freelance basis. Having graduated with a Diploma in Performance in 2023, Nic is currently pursuing a degree in Musical Theatre at LASALLE College of the Arts.

August Lum

August is a J.O.A.T. (Jack of all trades)—not the sibling of a goat, but a versatile talent. He creates original music and arranges (and re-arranges) the work of others. It is difficult to pigeonhole August, but that’s beside the point. What truly matters is that his creations are powerful in their ability to carry a story and emotionally impact audiences.

Jamie Lee

Jamie is a versatile freelance drummer and percussionist. She performs with the band The MadHatter Project and also works as a session drummer for various artists and line-ups. Her recent credits include Where Our Heart Beats (a musical production presented by Tan Tock Seng for Tan Tock Seng's 180th Anniversary, 2024), Katong Dreaming and Origin (The MadHatter Project, 2023), and Out-of-Bounds (Fill The Vamp, 2022). Her latest notable session work was with 啊冗 for his concert at the Singapore Indoor Stadium during the Hitz Concert 2023 《潮浪•流行音乐演唱会》.
