Timonthy Tan

Timothy is an emerging saxophonist whose musical journey began with a strong classical foundation from a young age. It was during his time in National Service, however, that he discovered his love and passion for jazz. Under the tutelage of Fabian Lim, Timothy developed his own musical voice, drawing inspiration from artists such as Cannonball Adderley, Dexter Gordon, and Sadao Watanabe. He currently plays with NUS Jazz Band and has performed with the Jazz Association Youth Orchestra (JASSYO). Ultimately, his long-term goal is to craft a personal sound that honors straight-ahead jazz while exploring newer genres and ideas.

Wesley Wong Yi Chuan

Wesley is a 19-year-old Singaporean Sabahan keyboardist who began his musical journey at the age of four and started playing in church at seven, where he developed a broad musical foundation and versatility. His adaptability has led him to contribute as a music director and session musician on a variety of projects and performances. Currently studying music at LASALLE College of the Arts, Wesley discovered his passion for jazz two years ago in a sight-reading class with Rachma Lim. This experience sparked a lasting connection to the genre, which has since played a significant role in his artistic growth and creative expression. Through his music, Wesley aims to engage audiences with heartfelt and expressive performances, reminding listeners of music’s vital and beautiful place in our lives.
