Synopsis

Independent livehouses, grassroots labels, and DIY initiatives form the heartbeat of any thriving music scene. These spaces aren’t just venues or businesses. They are homes for artists to grow, experiment, and connect with audiences in ways that larger platforms often cannot provide.

Founders of livehouses and indie labels / collectives share their journeys of creating and sustaining spaces for music and culture. They’ll explore the challenges of building communities from the ground up, balancing financial survival with creative vision, and how these independent efforts contribute to shaping stronger, more inclusive music ecosystems.

Come hear stories from the people who have built platforms where artists and audiences come together and discover how creative communities can grow when passion, persistence and purpose lead the way.
