National Theatre Symphonic Band
Synopsis
Reunited for the stage, the National Theatre Symphonic Band (NTSB) presents a vibrant and heartfelt programme that bridges past and present. Look forward to an eclectic mix of music—from the stately elegance of Ted Hugger’s New Baroque Suite to nostalgic favourites like The Way We Were, alongside an infectious medley of big band classics. NTSB will also celebrate regional and cultural colour with works such as Stars of Tomorrow, the Japanese folk-inspired Oteyawakarani and an exuberant selection of Chinese New Year tunes. Together, these pieces reflect shared musical journeys, friendships and the enduring joy of music-making that brought this ensemble back to the stage.
