Hailing from South Korea, JINJO Crew has earned worldwide recognition for their intricate teamwork, explosive style, and historic achievement of the breaking Grand Slam—winning all major international championships.

In this exclusive crew masterclass, the full team comes together to share the essence of their signature style. Participants will explore the creativity and dynamics that define JINJO’s approach to breaking, gaining insight into the techniques and philosophy that have inspired dancers worldwide.

This is an intermediate level dance masterclass suitable for professional and/or experienced dancers who have a strong foundational knowledge in breaking and have been actively training for at least two years.

This masterclass is part of da:ns focus – FL/OW (The FULL OUT Weekend): four days of street dance and culture—performances, masterclasses, and a party—showing what street dance can be beyond the conventional.

Advisory:

This is an intermediate level dance masterclass suitable for professional and/or experienced dancers who have a strong foundational knowledge in breaking and have been actively training for at least two years.

Please dress comfortably for the masterclass.

Admission Age:

14 and above.

Meaning “rising fire”, JINJO started breaking as a crew in 2001. Known for their intricate teamwork and dynamic showcase, they have achieved worldwide recognition and success, having emerged as the first and only B-boy team in the world to hit a Grand Slam* in the 40-year history of breaking. They received the Minister Prize from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism at the 2014 Korea Hip Hop Awards. They are honorary ambassadors for youth culture and art of Bucheon City and for the National Child Protection Agency.

*JINJO is the only team in the world to take the top spot at the world’s five major B-boy championships (Battle of the Year, Freestyle Session, Red Bull BC One, UK B-Boy Championships, R16 World Final), achieving a “Grand Slam” status.
