Synopsis

Audiences can look forward to familiar tunes—both old and new—that celebrate the joy of music across generations.

 

The repertoire includes famous soundtracks from beloved classic Disney movies such as songs from Aladdin, bringing magic and nostalgia to the stage. In addition, the choir will be exploring local and cultural folklore pieces that highlight traditional stories and musical heritage from around the world, celebrating diversity through the musical pieces.

Concord Primary School Choir

Concord Primary School Choir was formed in 2000. Under the guidance of conductor Ms Angila Tan and its teachers, the students have developed a strong sense of discipline and passion for vocal training through the sensitive interpretation of their senses. The unity and devotion of the choir can often be heard in the beauty and elegance of each song performed.

 

The choir has also established itself as a recognised choir by participating and performing in the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) Arts Presentation, Singapore International Choral Festival and Voices of Singapore. Recently, it has clinched Distinction for SYF Arts Presentation in 2024, and Gold for the Singapore International Choral Festival in both 2023 and 2025.
