What happens after a book is written? Wormhole brings you a special-edition of Powerpoint Party to take you behind the scenes of the bookselling and publishing industry.
What really decides how a book cover should look like? At which point does a translator get involved in the process? The answers may surprise you. From marketing, sales and distribution to translation and book cover design, these presentations will give you insight and a deeper appreciation for the people who play a part in bringing your favourite books to life. Featuring Shanna Tan, Jaime Lee, Asher Yeo, and Charlene Shepherdson.
