When Strangers Meet…

Grace Kalaiselvi is an independent theatre actor, director, educator and writer. An alumna of the Intercultural Theatre Institute in Singapore, she hopes to create more works representing suppressed and minority groups through her exploration of masks and puppetry. Working in both English and Tamil languages, she creates a range of works suitable for young audiences, teenagers and adults.

Her recent works include Invisible for The Necessary Stage, Liberation - Viduthalai for the National Gallery Singapore, For a Better Future and Wrap Me Tight for the Children’s Museum Singapore, and Shapes Dance and Battle and What’s My Story? for Esplanade.

Weiying is a theatre artist whose work explores transformations of spaces through movement. Her experiences include performing, directing and education.
