Synopsis

Witness a manga come to life in this whirlwind comedy experience by pantomime comedy duo Gabez. Enjoy a show packed full of high-energy dance performances, interactive call-and-response and mind-boggling pantomime skills—simple yet side-splitting physical comedy guaranteed to entertain all!

 

Like characters jumping straight out of a manga, the duo take on a variety of comical personas, instantly transforming the venue into a space full of laughter, surprise and even shrieks. Experience the ultimate “Made in Japan” hilarious entertainment.

Gabez gained worldwide attention in 2021 as the performers behind the Pictogram Performance at the Tokyo Olympics Opening Ceremony. In 2024, they were honoured with Best Male Performer at Asian Arts Awards of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the world’s largest arts festival in Scotland.

 

Most recently, in 2025, they were awarded Best Artistic Work at the Shanghai International Children‘s Art Festival, further solidifying their reputation as world-class entertainers.
