Helen

Helen is an aerialist from Hong Kong who discovered her passion for aerial arts in 2019. Specialising in aerial hammock dance, she is a certified instructor with a deep enthusiasm for sharing her unique style and creative ideas with others. Helen blends strength, grace, and artistry to craft captivating choreographies that seamlessly merge movement with music. She delights in exploring innovative shapes and designing sequences that reflect her artistic vision. With a profound connection to the fabric and a relentless drive to push her boundaries, Helen embraces aerial dance as a journey of growth, creativity, and self-expression, inspired by the limitless possibilities of the art form.

Melissa

Melissa trains across multiple aerial apparatuses, including silks, hoop, and hammock, all built on a firm foundation in callisthenics. She believes in physical strength, particularly in women, as a gateway to innate power and the freedom it delivers. Her relationship with aerial arts stems from an instinctive reaction to music. Some tracks just demand movement, and dancing in the air is the perfect, irresistible answer. For her, aerial arts represent the ideal fusion of physical power and artistic expression—a space where strength meets flow, disciplined training enables pure, unbridled movement, and music finds its most natural response in flight above the ground.

Nikki C

Nikki C is a Taiwanese sound artist and aspiring aerialist currently based in Taipei. As a sound artist, she specialises in environmental sound recordings and ambient music, crafting works for installations, multidisciplinary performances, and theatre productions. Her debut solo piece, Fractures—a light and sound installation—was created during her university years in Singapore. As an aspiring aerialist, Nikki discovered aerial arts two and a half years ago. Over time, she experimented with various apparatuses before finding her true passion in the trapeze. Despite her fear of heights, she has embraced the art form wholeheartedly and continues to soar. Nikki’s current focus is exploring the creative possibilities that emerge when sound and aerial arts intersect, allowing the two disciplines to interact and inspire one another.

Patrick Ting

Patrick Ting started dancing in secondary school as CCA which exposed him to Malay dance, Chinese dance, Bollywood dance and more. He continued pursuing dance in university because for him, he felt like something was missing if life was just about studying. After seeing a senior from university post a pole dancing video, he was inspired to start learning pole with the intention of strengthening his body. After which, he slowly explored other apparatus like aerial hoop and pole. In recent years, he has picked up swimming as a part of his lifestyle. Currently, he is a school teacher in the day, a vegan food lover, a certified yoga instructor, and a mover who still tries to learn dancing whenever possible. Patrick aims to be a versatile performer that contributes to the fields of yoga, veganism, and education.

Shirley Wong

Shirley is a circus artist who specialises in aerial acrobatics. After graduating from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2007, she pursued a contemporary dance career before discovering aerial in 2012. Known for her power moves, dynamic quality, and authentic style on silks and rope, she explores the fusion of dance and contemporary circus. A full-time performer and coach based in Singapore, Shirley has performed in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Hungary, with teaching experience across Asia, Europe, Australia, and America. She hopes to continue sharing her love for aerial while inspiring audiences through this expressive art form.

Transient

Founded in 2023 by Hong Kong aerialists Joyce and Tracy, Transient is a collaborative initiative that embraces the creative process as a journey of self-discovery. Joyce discovered aerial silks in 2015, making it her lifelong passion. Since 2018, she has taught, performed, and cultivated Hong Kong’s circus community while participating in and curating local and international circus events. Tracy began her aerial arts journey in 2017 and started teaching in 2019. She sees aerial dance as a form of emotional expression, using movement and music to communicate what words cannot. Together, they aim to inspire and connect through their shared love for aerial arts.

Yu Chiu Wing Victoria

Victoria, a daughter of Hong Kong, grew up in a home steeped in tradition. After graduating from university, she embarked on a career in accounting, following a seemingly predetermined path. However, the pandemic brought unexpected changes, and she discovered a newfound passion for aerial arts. Balancing her full-time accounting job with her aerial pursuits, she embraced both worlds with equal dedication. Her aerial journey began with the hammock, and she has since shifted her focus to aerial silks. Along the way, she reignited her love for dance. Victoria is fascinated by the endless possibilities of fabric in motion, captivated by its fluidity, power, and the dynamic interplay it creates. She channels strength and emotion into her performances, striving to master the artistry of movement and connection with the silks.
