Synopsis

What can one man accomplish with just a few buckets? Whimsical and imaginative, Bakéké (bucket in Hawaiian) follows a man as he begins to manoeuvre buckets like a worker performing repetitive tasks. However, the operation never concludes as planned—the buckets become objects of play and invention, opening the door to an absurd and dreamlike world.

Fabrizio Rosselli

Website

Born in the Italian Alps, Fabrizio worked as a pizza chef and a postman, before discovering the joy of juggling at the age of 26. His propensity for buffoonery makes him a natural clown. He trained at renowned French circus school The Lido, after which he toured Europe with various productions. He won a prize in 2014 at the prestigious Festival Mondial de Cirque du Demain. Fabrizio created Bakéké in 2018 and the show has been on tour since then.
