Synopsis

Organised by Era Dance Theatre Ltd, Sayembara Tari is a dynamic dance competition celebrating the richness of traditional and contemporary Malay dance among youths. Open to primary, secondary and tertiary institutions, the competition provides a platform for young dancers from around the region to demonstrate their skill, discipline and cultural knowledge through the performing arts.

 

Participating schools will compete in their respective categories, joining peers from Malaysia in a vibrant display of talent and artistry.

 

Muara Festival is presented by Era Dance Theatre in collaboration with Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay as part of Esplanade’s Pentas series.

6 and above.
