8 – 12 Jul 2026
(Intermission: None)
Esplanade Theatre Studio
The murder happened in the real world. The killer learned how in the Nether. A relentless investigator is pulled into a chilling hunt for the truth. Who is truly guilty—those who act, or those who imagine? Does committing a crime in the virtual world carry yet same legal, moral and ethical ramifications as it would if it was committed in the real world? The Nether is a gripping crime thriller that explores the darkest corners of human longing in a world where nothing is real… except the consequences. The Play is curated to bring about awareness of the NGO PAVE. There will be a Post show dialogue and engagement with the audience with the counsellors of PAVE to raise awareness of the problem of family violence and sexual abuse in Singapore.
