6072 Marcus Chin Mini Concert

To celebrate his 50th anniversary of his debut, local artist Marcus Chin (陈建彬）is holding two concerts at the Esplanade Recital Studio on August 20th. Marcus is holding the (6072) concert with SG60 and his age as the theme. This concert does not only celebrate his 50th anniversary in the industry, but also pays tribute to the significant milestone of his 72nd birthday. It represents his resolute choice to "start anew" in the second half of his life, and also echoes the 60th anniversary of Singapore. Choosing a small theater not only enables him to interact closely with the audience but also allows him to fully exert himself within his physical capacity. He said that this time he would perform 20 Chinese golden hits, including representative works of a generation of superstars such as Yu Tian, Yang Xiaoping and Liu Wenzheng—these songs are very familiar to everyone as soon as they are heard and can evoke many memories.
