“Feist’s set was an exercise in graciousness, a reminder that low-key humility and performance grandeur can exist in the same space.” Consequence of Sound

Four-time Grammy-nominee Feist returns to the Esplanade Concert Hall with songs from her latest album Pleasure.

In 2004, Feist made her US debut with the critically acclaimed Let It Die, which won the Juno Award for Best Alternative Rock Album and Best New Artist. Her 2007 follow-up The Reminder debuted in the top 20 in the US and was hailed by Village Voice as a “great batch of simple, precisely arranged love songs—expertly produced, delectably sung”, with the ubiquitous 1234 boosting the albums sales to more than a million internationally.

After a several-year hiatus—during which she co-created Look at What the Light Did Now—she returned with Metals, which won her the Polaris Music Prize and four more Juno Awards, and was named Album of the Year by the New York Times. This year, she released her first album in six years, her most formally defiant and expansive work so far, Pleasure.

To date, Feist has sold over 3 million records worldwide and amassed more than 500 million streams. She has also appeared on Saturday Night Live, sold out the Hollywood Bowl, and boasts the second-most-watched video in Sesame Street history.
