Synopsis

Having played at numerous public concerts over the years and garnering top awards in the Singapore Youth Festival, Victoria Junior College Symphonic Band returns to Limelight with a spectacular and iconic setlist! Journey through the galaxy with Star Wars, experience the soaring emotions of Les Misérables, and travel back in time with timeless classics of Queen.

 

Bringing the arts to communities in need through Limelight

Half of the ticket proceeds will go toward supporting Esplanade’s community engagement programmes which bring the arts to at-risk youth, the elderly, people with special needs and other underserved communities.

Victoria Junior College Symphonic Band

Established in 1984, the Victoria Junior College Symphonic Band (VJCSB) pursues musical excellence and unity through music, aiming to foster a united passion and proficiency for music. To achieve this, VJCSB regularly performs publicly and ensures a high-performance standard, consistently earning top accolades, including Gold and Distinction awards at the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) Arts Presentation.
