Get insight into Stopgap’s inclusive choreographic practice from over 20 years of experience. You can expect to have fun with choreographic tasks, improvisations and discussions.
Participants should have prior dance experience and preferably some experience of choreography. This workshop is specifically designed for dance and movement artists, educators and professionals who have a keen interest in developing their inclusive choreographic practices.
This workshop is facilitated by Monique Dior Jarrett and Christian Brinklow, Disabled and non-disabled dancers of Stopgap Dance Company; with Access Support from Lauren Trim.
This programme is presented as part of da:ns focus – EveryBody, a weekend of dance which expands the ideas and conventions of the perfect dancing body by presenting high quality works and experiences focusing on inclusivity, diversity and participation, where we encourage everybody and every body to experience dance.
When a show is cancelled, ticket buyers will be duly notified by the event organiser primarily via email. You may also be notified through the event organiser's authorised ticketing agent, media or any other applicable communication channels. Information will be provided on where and when you can get your refund. For postponed performances for which the date of the new performance is known, refunds are optional.
For free programmes, any cancellations or postponements will be updated on the event website and/or relevant official communication channels. As no tickets are issued, refunds do not apply.
