Coming-of-age poems meet your favourite jiwang (emotional Malay love songs) classics.
This is quiet heartbreak.
This is stadium-sized sentimentality.
This is the healing power of kinship and community.
These are the songs we inherit,
and these are poems for a new generation of true yearners.
Multidisciplinary artist nor teams up with DJ C2AC and multi-media artist Rifdi Bin Rosly to reinterpret and bring to stage their poems from homesick and Ginsberg, sing me a jiwang song.
Come as you are.
