Feed Your Imagination (F.Y.I)

Designed for schools, Feed Your Imagination (F.Y.I) offers students a series of music, dance and drama performances by established local arts groups.

Welcome to F.Y.I 2026

Through Feed Your Imagination we dream of the future.

Thinking about the state of the world today can fill one with dread, fear and a prevailing sense of futility. Offering inspiration and optimism for those growing up in these times of flux is not easy. Here is where we believe the arts can come in.

Through music, we can bring you on a journey of discovery and understanding, crossing oceans and divides both visible and invisible. Through theatre, we can rehearse for real life, gently acknowledging our fears, biases and prejudices.

In building the line-up for Feed Your Imagination, we reflect with our artists on what we think our next generation of changemakers—our students of today—might need the most right now. For our 2026 line-up, we present to you our best wishes and hopes for them and look forward to sharing it with you and your students.

See you at Esplanade!
