Jointly presented by the Association of Composers (Singapore), Chin Yong Music Society Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall's Culture & Education Committee, the recital is part of the 2 leg performance, first in Singapore on 17th September at Esplanade Recital Studio and the second, at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 1st November. The association had its first music exchange in 2019, then invited 3 Malaysian counterparts Dr Wong Chee Wei, Dr Chow Jun Yan & Mr Neo Hup Hiang to come to Singapore to showcase their instrumental compositions in Singapore. This time round, Dr Wong who is part of the Chin Yong Music Society Malaysia & as well part of the Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall's Culture & Education Committee, brings in a group of talented composers & musicians to do the exchange. In this 1st leg, a total of 17 compositions will be heard. That includes 13 compositions that will be featured in Malaysia & four members form the association who are not part of the trip to Malaysia. The compositions will be performed by talented musicians from Singapore, Malaysia & Taiwan.

Performers include Ralph Ong^ - Baritone, Lim Soon Gui - Baritone^, Timothy Huang - Tenor^, Martin Ng- Baritone (Malaysia only), Soh Wei Qi - Piano, Stella Zhou - Soprano, He Miya - Soprano^, Iau Jo Yee - Piano, Dr Chang Yi Li - Violin & Tay Yi How - Cello.

此次音乐会由新加坡作曲家协会、马来西亚陈容音乐艺术协会和吉隆坡暨雪兰莪中华大会堂文化与教育委员会共同主办，属于两场演出的第一场，首场于9月17日在新加坡滨海湾音乐中心2楼的音乐室演出，第二场将在马来西亚吉隆坡暨雪兰莪中华大会堂于11月1日进行。该协会于2019年举行了首次新马音乐交流，当时邀请了三位马来西亚代表——黄志伟博士、周俊彦博士和梁学贤先生前往新加坡展示他们的器乐作品。这一次，作为马来西亚陈容音乐艺术协会成员以及吉隆坡和雪兰莪中华大会堂文化与教育委员会的一员，黄志伟博士带来了一组才华横溢的青年作曲家和音乐家来交流。在这第一场演出中，将会听到总共17部作品，其中包括13部将在马来西亚展出，以及四位未能赴马来西亚的协会成员作品。表演者来自新加坡，马来西亚和台湾。

他们包括 王俊驎- 男中音^，林顺贵-男中音，^ 黄腾卫 - 男高音，吴翰卫 - 男中音 (只在马来·西亚场），苏威齐 - 钢琴、周明伦 - 女高音、何米亚 - 女高音、^ 杨祖仪 -钢琴、张以利博士 - 小提琴 和 戴奕豪 - 大提琴。
