Synopsis
Acclaimed guitarist Kent Nishimura is set to provide an exhilarating concert in Singapore.
Known for his extraordinary guitar skills and captivating stage presence, Kent Nishimura has built a reputation as one of the most innovative guitarists in the industry, making his concerts a must-see event.
At age 12, he released his debut album First Step. At age 14, he released his 2nd solo album titled 2.
Many professional musicians, members of the music media and music fans were surprised to learn that the tunes on this album included no overdubs, and everything was played at once on a single guitar on a single take.
In October 2018, he released My Favourite Songs, a solo fingerstyle album of eleven original arrangements including “Hotel California” (The Eagles), “Thriller” (Michael Jackson), “Jojo” (Boz Scaggs), “I Wish” (Stevie Wonder), “I.G.Y.” (Donald Fagen), “September” (Earth, Wind & Fire), and one original composition, “Midnight in Bogota.”
Kent had a successful solo concert in Hong Kong at Tsuen Wan Town Hall Auditorium in Feb 2023 and he is scheduled for 11 concerts on his tour in Canada with legendary guitarist Don Ross from April 2024 and 5 concerts in Japan from October 2024.
On 18th January 2025, Kent Nishimura will be performing for the first time in Singapore at the Singtel Waterfront Theatre.

When a show is cancelled, ticket buyers will be duly notified by the event organiser primarily via email. You may also be notified through the event organiser's authorised ticketing agent, media or any other applicable communication channels. Information will be provided on where and when you can get your refund. For postponed performances for which the date of the new performance is known, refunds are optional.
For free programmes, any cancellations or postponements will be updated on the event website and/or relevant official communication channels. As no tickets are issued, refunds do not apply.
