Synopsis

"The Four Generations Under One Roof" - A Classic Drama by the China National Theatre A masterpiece hailed as "Beijing's No.1 Drama"

This acclaimed production has captivated audiences across 38 cities including Taipei, Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou, drawing over 200,000 spectators. Over three years, it saw 182 successful performances.

Adapted from Lao She's beloved novel—a literary classic cherished by generations and twice adapted for television—this marks its grand debut on the stage. Directed by Tian Qinxin, renowned for her successful adaptations of literary gems like Xiao Hong's "The Field of Life and Death" and Eileen Chang's "Red Rose, White Rose," this production is a heartfelt tribute to Lao She's timeless masterpiece.
