There are few as iconic as Rahimah Rahim. A bona fide Singapore superstar, she retired for good in 1989 but still makes an occasional appearance to the delight of her fans. Contrast that with vocalist Fathin Amira, poised and hungry to take on the world, and you get interesting perspectives of Singapore music as it happened Then & Now.

Rahimah Rahim is a multi-talented songbird who has been a part of Singapore's entertainment industry since the 1960s, first debuting as a child actress before making a name for both herself and her country when she won the Kimi Koso Star 1974 singing competition in Japan.

Fathin Amira is a singer-songwriter, recording artist and aspiring superstar. She has been constantly driven to pit herself against the best of the best since her first debut public performance at the age of five.
