How do I check in?
 Use your mobile device to scan the QR code when you watch free programmes at Esplanade Concourse and DBS Foundation Outdoor Theatre, and also at the entrance to venues such as Jendela (Visual Arts Space) and PIP’s PLAYbox when you visit these spaces. Remember to enter the email address that you used to sign up for your Esplanade&Me/SISTIC account.

 

How will I know if I have received the parking coupon?
 After you have checked in 5 times, you will receive an email from us confirming that you can redeem a 3h-free parking coupon.

 

How long is the parking coupon valid for?
Your 3h-free parking coupon is valid on the same day of redemption. If you redeem your parking coupon today, you must use it today.

 

I have received the email. Can I redeem the parking coupon at a later date?
Yes, you can redeem your parking coupon within 3 months from the date of receiving the email. You must use your parking coupon on the day of redemption.

 

I have claimed one 3h-free parking coupon. Will I be able to redeem another parking coupon if I check in another 5 times?

Yes, you will, while this promotion is still valid. 

 

Where can I view my check-in history?
 Log in to your profile and go into “My Check-ins”.

 

 

  • Each member can check in up to 2 times a day only. 
  • You will be notified via email once you have accumulated 5 check-ins. Details about redemption will be provided in that email.

Upgrades just got easier

Level up your Esplanade&Me membership when you spend at Esplanade Mall. Your spending at Esplanade Mall now counts toward your total spend for membership upgrades, together with your ticket purchases to applicable events at Esplanade.

How do I upload my receipt(s)?

Log in to your profile, go to “Upload My Receipts” to upload the receipt image. Use your mobile device to take a photo of your receipt. The amount will be added into your total spend automatically. Please allow at least 5 working days for your receipt images to be processed.

 

What’s the benefit of uploading my receipt(s)?

This makes your membership upgrade more achievable. On top of accumulating your spend on tickets to events at Esplanade, you can now add your purchases at Esplanade Mall to your total spend to get a free upgrade to the next membership tier. You get a free upgrade to Esplanade&Me White if you meet the min. spend of $500 in a year and Esplanade&Me Black if you meet the min. spend of $1,000 in a year.

 

Must I upload the receipts on the same day of purchase?

Receipts must be submitted by the following day in order for your spend to be tracked. For example, if you made a purchase on 1 Mar 2023, receipts must be submitted by 2 Mar 2023, 11.59pm.

 

How many receipts can I upload in a day?

You can upload as many receipts as you like.

 

What is the minimum spend needed in a single receipt for it to be tracked?

There is no minimum spend.

 

How long does it take for my receipt submitted to be approved?

Your receipt will be approved and reflected in your member account within 5 working days if your purchase amount is below $500. Please note that the image of your receipt must be clear. For purchases of $500 and above, please allow at least 5 working days for the receipts to be processed and approved.

 

Where can I view my transaction history?

Log in to your profile and go into “My Transactions” to view your past spends at Esplanade Mall and on tickets to events held at Esplanade.

 

  • No minimum spend needed in a single receipt for it to be tracked.
  • Receipts from participating outlets at Esplanade Mall are accepted, excluding Waterfront kiosks.
  • Receipts must be uploaded by the following day from the purchase date in order for your spend to be tracked.
  • Members must upload image(s) of their receipt(s) in your profile for your spending to be tracked.
  • Please allow at least 5 working days for the receipt image to be processed.

Get a $5 Esplanade voucher each when your friend joins Esplanade&Me Discover using your referral code. Limited vouchers available, don’t wait!

Where can the Esplanade voucher be used?
 These vouchers can be used when you shop or dine at participating outlets in Esplanade Mall. The validity period of the vouchers is 3 months.

 

Can I refer more than 1 friend?
 Yes, you can give your referral code to as many friends as you like, but you will only receive 1 $5 voucher once 1 friend has signed up for Esplanade&Me. That friend who signed up will also receive a $5 voucher.

 

Will I get more than one $5 Esplanade voucher if more than 1 friend signs up?
 No, you will receive 1 $5 voucher even if more than 1 friend signs up for the membership.

 

Where do I find my referral code?
 Login to your member profile, go to My Account and copy the referral code to share with your friends.

 

  • Promotion period is from 1 Nov 2023 to 30 Jun 2024.
  • Limited number of vouchers available for members and new sign-ups. While stocks last.
