Catch our Singapore police officers, together with special guest, former police NSman Abdul Thaqif Bani, in a slightly different light as they entertain you with their rendition of National Day songs and popular chart-toppers.

The Police Quintet, an acoustic ensemble of the Singapore Police Force Band, has been performing since 1996. Formed to meet the demands of ever increasing need for smaller ensembles, this group of five musicians has regularly performed in many state and government functions.

The quintet has not only been performing locally but also internationally. In 2001 they were invited to perform for the Sultan of Brunei. They were also invited to perform at the Adelaide Military Tattoo in Australia and International Musickparade of Berlin in 2012. In August 2016, they were invited to perform in Jakarta for the Singapore Embassy’s National Day Celebration. In October this year, they will be performing in Yangon, Myanmar for the 22nd World Police Band Concert Series.
