With a brilliant 10-day mash of music, dance, art and spoken word activities for the young and young-at-heart, YFest 2010 is a youths-for-youths festival. In other words, it is Your festival.
Check out programmes like:
4 Flo’ – our all-new Hip-Hop Festival bringing you rhymes, beats, b-boying and graffiti from fresh, young rap, hip-hop and dance crew and artists from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines, Indonesia and more. Includes performances, masterclasses, all-star jam and dance-crew battle.
Supah Heroes! – featuring superhero-themed music played by a youth Chinese orchestra. Includes the themes from Ultraman, Doraemon and Final Fantasy.
Roving Puppets – life-sized puppets created by artists and workshop participants from recycled materials, which will “roam” the area around Esplanade.

Festival Village – Street Art demos (stenciling and graffiti), Sculpture-Making demos and a Swop Shop (it’s a zero-dollar economy!) in one big festival village pimped by young street artists.
