Electro-pop duo The Carrchy makes the kind of music that lulls you into whimsical dreamlands as much as it propels you to bounce to the beat.
Featuring lilting vocals and sensitive lyrics by waif-like singer-songwriter Keli and light, ambient synth tracks by producer Fly, Qingdao-born The Carrchy is only four years old but already making waves in the Chinese music scene where its music has been described as a breath of fresh air, and its debut album Sunshine Over the City (2007) has begun topping Chinese music charts.
