Esplanade - Supah Poke’, how are you feeling today?

SYNOPSIS

Since their introduction, social network sites (SNSs) such as MySpace, Facebook, Twitter and many others have attracted millions of users, many of whom have integrated these sites into their daily lifestyle. This initiative has managed create a much ‘smaller world’ that allows the user to contact another from any part of the world by a touch of a key.

‘Supah Poke’, how are you feeling today? is a quirky and witty commentary on the social networking fad experienced by the youth today. This installation will stage (with much exaggeration) the daily interaction between the users and their happenings.

Staged in scenarios, these installations are accompanied by super hero like characters that represent a user’s alter ego, as they get deeply involved in the world of social networking sites.
