Enjoy a star-studded evening of keroncong featuring the ever popular and evergreen Hetty Koes Endang, Indonesia’s keroncong queen Sundari Soekotjo, Malaysia’s Datuk Yusni Hamid and Datin Paduka Julie Sudiro, and Singapore’s very own Rudy Djoharnaen. The concert also includes an exciting performance by the all-male Indonesian a cappella group, Jamaica Café as well as a tribute segment to one of our most endearing songstress, Kartina Darhani.

Together with a 30-member orchestra led by Amri Amin, conductor of Orkestra Melayu Singapura, journey through the sounds of keroncong from its early days, with familiar tunes such as Bengawan Solo, Jali-Jali and Keroncong Kemayoran, to the more popular styles that include hit songs such as Kasih, Keroncong Untuk Ana and Kenang Daku Dalam Doa Mu.

In 2012, Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay commemorates its 10th Anniversary in service to our community with the theme Celebrating Life – The best of the Human Spirit through the Arts. We invite everyone to join us in marking the year in a meaningful way as we celebrate and pay tribute to key values at Esplanade.

General Late Seating Advisory

You are strongly advised to be seated 15 minutes before the performance start time.
No admission will be allowed into the venue once the performance has commenced.
Exceptions may be made at Esplanade's discretion depending on the nature of the performance.

Road closures around Esplanade â Theatres on the Bay on 20 May 2012

In conjunction with the Cold Storage Kids Run that will be held on Sunday, 20 May 2012, certain roads around Esplanade will be closed.

Patrons are advised that with effect from 12 March 2004, an administrative fee of $5 per ticket is payable for all Replacement Tickets issued.

Please note the following conditions:

- Replacement Tickets can only be issued for performances with reserved seating.
- No Replacement Ticket will be issued for general admission or 'free seating' performances.
- Replacement Tickets are issued subject to verification of patron's details against our transaction records.
- Esplanade reserves the right to not issue a Replacement Ticket if we are not able to verify the claim.
- All patrons (including children) must have tickets for admission to ticketed events.
- Infants-in-arms and children aged below six years will not be admitted to ticketed events unless otherwise stated.

Berhibur dalam satu malam keroncong yang menampilkan artis-artis popular dan malar segar Hetty Koes Endang, ratu keroncong Indonesia Sundari Soekotjo, Dato’ Yusni Hamid dan Datuk Julie Sudiro dari Malaysia, serta artis tempatan Rudy Djoharnaen, Tidak ketinggalan penampilan istimewa oleh jejaka-jejaka dari kumpulan akapella Indonesia, Jamaica Café. Konsert ini juga akan memberi penghargaan kepada biduanita kesayangan ramai, Kartina Dahari.

Diiringi orkestra seramai 30 pemusik pimpinan Amri Amin, konduktor Orkestra Melayu Singapura, ikuti pelayaran keroncong dari irama tradisional seperti Bengawan Solo, Jali-Jali dan Keroncong Kemayoran, hingga ke irama pop seperti Kasih, Keroncong Untuk Ana dan Kenang Daku Dalam Doa Mu.
